"World Master Chefs Assiociation for Chinese Cuisine"

The World Master Chefs Association for Chinese Cuisine (WMACC) is an international organization whose purpose is to promote the culture of Cantonese cuisine, build an international culinary exchange platform, and improve the art of Cantonese cuisine. Preparations began in 2013 and were established in 2015 It was formally registered and established in Hong Kong in November 2015. The development of the association has received support from all walks of life. At present, it has more than 30 member institutions, covering four continents including Europe, America, Asia and Australia.
